What an night to remember.  We would like to thank Grant Morrison, Aine Edwards, Melanie Rogers, Becky Smeaton, Jessica Gray, Aodhan Sheriday, Megan MacKay & Judith Clyne for putting on a fabulous display which started the night off with a bang.  They all danced for EVERYONE in the Academy and have brought us home, for our funds, £1000.00. As the winners, they also get to perform at the Radio Forth Awards.

All of us would like to thank you for your continued support, if it wasn't for everyone voting we wouldn't be celebrating today.  Please pass on our thanks to all your family & friends who kept voting for Haughey McAuley.

Homecoming Scotland St Andrew's day

The dancers danced Tell Me Ma and an 8 hand reel

In a relatively short time we have built up the Academy with lots of hard work and dedication from both teachers and dancers. Our dancers are the proof that we have a good school.

World Irish Dance ChampionshipsWe have lots of potential to build on the Fantastic World Championships and all the World medals that we brought back to Scotland in 2008.

The event truly was memorable and as Teachers, very satisfying. We will strive to keep our Academy at the top and encourage our up and coming dancers to learn from what we have created and achieved in both solo and ceili dancing.

We are also lucky to have a great parent`s committee who help fund raise and allow our dancers to travel in search of success at home and abroad.

The future is of the Academy is in good caring hands and there is no magic formula - just hard work, sweat and lots of laughs along the way to keep our School happy and a pleasure to be a part of.
